Plain-language summary

We process files only to complete the tool operation you request. We collect limited technical data for security, and optional analytics runs only after consent. Do not upload documents you are not authorised to process.

Information we process

When you use a PDF tool, the service receives the files you select, the operation and settings you choose, your IP address, browser user agent, and basic request timing. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and your email address.

How information is used

To perform the conversion or PDF operation you request.
To prevent spam, automated abuse, excessive usage, malware, and attacks.
To diagnose failures and maintain service reliability.
To measure aggregate usage when you consent to analytics.
To respond to support, privacy, or legal enquiries.

File storage and deletion

Uploaded files are handled as temporary processing data. PHP upload temporaries are removed when the request finishes. Generated web-tier files become eligible for deletion after 15 minutes and, with the documented five-minute cleanup schedule, are normally removed within about 20 minutes. VPS job workspaces are removed after processing; a scheduled backstop removes abandoned jobs. Operational failures can delay deletion. Read the complete File Deletion Lifecycle.

Cookies and analytics

An essential PHP session cookie may be used for service operation and security. Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. You can change this choice through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Read our Cookie Policy for details.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information or file contents. Hostinger provides the web hosting and VPS processing infrastructure. Google Analytics receives limited website analytics only after consent; document contents are not intentionally sent to Analytics. Hosting and certificate providers may process connection metadata necessary to deliver the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Security and retention

We use rate limiting, file-size limits, access controls, HTTPS, authenticated VPS requests and automated cleanup. No online system is risk-free. Application operation logs are retained for a configured period, 30 days by default, for abuse prevention and incident investigation. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Because files are not connected to an account, we may be unable to identify a specific temporary file after deletion.

Children

The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information should contact us.

International processing and changes

The web tier and VPS are hosted through Hostinger. The physical data-centre country is not encoded in the application and is not claimed as fixed on this page. Hosting and service providers may process information outside your country. Contact us before uploading if you have a contractual data-residency requirement. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will publish the revision date here.
