What every study must disclose
The same evidence requirements apply whether a result is favorable, unfavorable or inconclusive.
- Question and hypothesisThe claim being tested and the outcome expected before measurements begin.
- Method and definitionsExact procedure, sample size, variables and measurement definitions.
- Environment and fixturesSoftware, browser and hardware versions plus a synthetic-fixture manifest.
- Results and raw dataReadable tables backed by downloadable CSV or JSON observations.
- LimitationsKnown uncertainty and what the evidence cannot establish.
- Reproducibility and revisionsRepeatable instructions, author, reviewer and a visible correction history.

Each study identifies its author, reviewer, test date and revision date. Material corrections remain visible rather than silently replacing the research record.
