PDF Converter handles documents only as needed to provide the tool you choose. Each uploader identifies whether processing stays in your browser or uses temporary server processing.

How files are processed
Merge PDF, Organize PDF, Rotate PDF, Delete Pages and Page Numbers run in your browser, so their document contents are not uploaded. Sign PDF and Watermark PDF preview locally, then use secure server processing for final export. Other published tools use temporary server processing.

Temporary server files are removed automatically. Most generated files become eligible for deletion after 15 minutes and are normally removed within about 20 minutes. Phone scan sessions expire after 30 minutes. Interrupted advanced-processing workspaces can exceptionally remain for approximately 30–45 minutes; operational failures or hosting-provider backups may extend retention.
