Capture consistent pages

Place pages on a contrasting surface, use even light and keep the camera parallel. Fill the frame without cutting off edges. Retake blurred or shadowed pages immediately.

Review before combining

Check crop corners, orientation and page numbers on the receiving screen. Put covers, forms and attachments into the intended order before creating the PDF.

  • Confirm the first and last page.
  • Remove duplicate captures.
  • Check signatures and totals at full size.

Finish for search and sharing

Create the PDF, then use OCR PDF if users need search or selection. Compress only after confirming that recognition and fine print are readable.
