Why are spreadsheet columns cut off?

PDF conversion follows the workbook print area, paper size, orientation, margins and scaling. Set these in Excel before uploading.

Should I fit the whole sheet onto one page?

Usually fit to one page wide and allow multiple pages tall. Forcing both dimensions onto one page can make text unreadably small.
